Abstract

This thesis is the result of research which aims to find out the Karanganyar Regency Baznas strategy in managing ASN professional zakat in 2022-2023. What is behind the researcher's interest in writing this thesis is that during college there was a course on professional zakat which made the researcher curious about the strategy for collecting ASN professional zakat in Baznas Karanganyar Regency in 2022-2023. This research method uses qualitative research with field research methods (Field Research) at Baznas Karanganyar Regency. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The conclusion from the results of this research is the Karanganyar Regency BAZNAS strategy in collecting ASN professional zakat, namely: a) The concept of the ASN professional zakat collection strategy in Karanganyar Regency Baznas, in this concept there are several stages, namely the first stage is collecting, combining and concluding some basic information what is needed in formulating and creating a strategy, the second stage is implementing the strategy, the third stage is the beginning of the strategy. b. Karanganyar Regency Baznas mechanism in collecting ASN professional zakat. In this mechanism there is a working mechanism, namely, creating UPZs in all government agencies and conducting evaluations.
