Abstract
Singsae is a herbal medicine house that treats various internal diseases. Recording patient data and managing data at the Singsae clinic still uses manual methods using handwriting on a piece of paper. This takes a lot of energy to do and will definitely create a huge pile of paper, not to mention if you have to look for previous patient data in that pile of paper it will definitely be difficult. One way to overcome this problem is by implementing an information system that can manage patient data so that work is easier and more effective. In this information system, an expert system is also added to detect a disease before the patient visits the clinic so that it can be a reference for the patient to seek treatment. An expert system is a system that can diagnose a disease suffered by a patient. The methodology used to create a website is waterfall, namely needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. Meanwhile, the expert system uses the forward changing method as reasoning to determine a disease from the results of the patient's input by selecting the options that have been given and then getting the diagnosis results. The system testing process is carried out using black box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The black box testing results show that each feature functions well and smoothly with 0% error. Meanwhile, the SUS testing carried out showed an average value of 81, this shows that the system is acceptable to users and can be used for data collection purposes.
