Abstract
On today teaching and learning in university, we must known if that need a standarization that called as curriculum. In that process to build that we need people documents and time. This research created based on premise to do the management of that complex process and make it easier to do. This application is created using an development live cycle that call waterfall. Though it created using waterfall this program created by considering that app will be managed / develop even more. So by using a paradigm when creating this program we can trace how to manage and works that app. This app developed using Active Record Design Pattern. And on doing this we separate the bussiness logic and the code logic so we can see how it works and the component can be reuseable even the endpoint was modified. This application was tested and outputing result that satisfying all requirement. The application was created for use in PTMA.
