Abstract
The change of land is due to the need to meet the increasing needs of the population for land use. The objective of this study is to analyze the spread of change in the use of land and analyze factors that influence the change in land in Gondang district in 2015 and 2023. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and sampling methods Stratified Random Sampling. The change in land use in the Gondang district between 2015 and 2023 has changed in the area of the Sawah, Settlements, Belukar and Road Tol where the surface of the sawah has increased by 19.406 Ha, the population area of 27.535 Ha, land use area increases by 8.973 Ha and area of Road Tol increases with 3.997 Ha. The change of land use at Gondang District in 2023 also has a decrease in the areas of Tegalan and Industry where the size of the Tegalan has decreased by 23.182 Ha and the industrial area decreases by 1.614 Ha. There are three main factors that affect the change in the land in Gondang County: Population Factors (Addition and Population Density), Accessibility Factors such as the presence of exit doors of the tol, as well as Sarana and Prasar in gondang District each year increases such as means of education, health, sports, religion, trade and transportation.
