Abstract
The use of digital media is very necessary in the current digital era, especially in the field of photography and videography in a business, strategic planning is very necessary because it will be an attraction for service users, especially in the field of baby photo photography services. Baby photos were chosen because this baby photography service uses digital media to market its services. @smoothlens.baby is a photo service that uses digital media to market its services. The aim of this research is to find out how @smoothlens.baby uses Instagram as a marketing communication medium to increase users of baby photo services. This research uses qualitative descriptive. In this research, 1 informant was the owner of @smoothlens.baby and distributed questionnaires to 4 former clients who used @smoothlens.baby services. Data collection uses in-depth interviews, observations. The research results show that @smoothlens.baby utilizes both organic and non-organic.
