Abstract
Photography is an essential part of modern society, but learning to take and edit photos requires a significant amount of time. Therefore, many people use photography services if they want to capture professional photos without having to learn about the art of photography. DnA Photo Capture is a photography service that uses Instagram and WhatsApp as channels for booking and promotion. However, the existing system has its limitations. This research aims to develop a web-based photo booking system for DnA Photo Capture using the Laravel framework. The system is designed to facilitate online photo service bookings for customers. The methodology employed is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall approach, covering stages such as system analysis, design, coding, and program testing. The Waterfall approach was chosen for its structured and systematic nature, allowing efficient system development. Research results indicate that the developed system effectively meets the needs of photo service bookings, as demonstrated through Black Box Testing. The system can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for DnA Photo Capture.
