Abstract

Hajj is a visit to the Kaaba to worship Allah by following a certain series of obligations in the month of Zulhijjah. This is one of the five pillars of Islam which requires a pilgrimage to the Baitullah (Kaaba) in Makkah al- Mukarramah as a form of worship to Allah SWT. This involves several acts of worship such as ihram, tawaf, sa'i, staying in Arafah, staying in Muzdalifah and Mina, tahallul, as well as various other practices required by Allah SWT for His servants who have the ability both physically and financially to carry them out. . Public awareness of the importance of the Hajj pilgrimage is increasing, reflected in the increase in the number of Hajj pilgrims every year. Apart from being influenced by economic, health and other factors, the progress of Hajj and Umrah service institutions also plays a big role in helping people to complete the Hajj. One example is the Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group (KBIHU). This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The method applied is qualitative field research using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses qualitative data analysis to analyze the results obtained. One of the institutions operating in the field of Hajj and Umrah guidance is KBIHU Muhammadiyah. KBIHU Muhammadiyah Sragen, is one of the leading institutions. Because the aim of KBIHU Muhammadiyah is to make the congregation more independent and not dependent on guides or Hajj officers so that it becomes a Mabrur and Mabruroh Hajj.
