Education is a place to humanize humans and make someone who doesn't know know. Mathematics is one of the subjects of learning. This research will integrate 4C into class IV mathematics learning at MI Muhammadiyah Gedongan. 4C thinking skills consist of creative thinking, critical thinking and problem solving, communication and collaboration. This research method is included in qualitative research using a descriptive research design. This research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah Gedongan for 4 months. The data used in the research is 4C Integration in Class IV Students' Mathematics Learning. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation and interview techniques. The results of the research are that 4C-based learning planning in mathematics learning for class IV students at MI Muhammadiyah Gedongan has been carried out through the creation of teaching modules by teachers. The implementation of 4C Mathematics-based learning for Class IV Students at MI Muhammadiyah Gedongan, the 4C elements contained in the teaching modules that have been created by the teacher are still not complete in learning activities. Evaluation of 4C-Based Learning in Class IV Students' Mathematics Learning at MI Muhammadiyah Gedongan carried out by teachers in the form of student worksheets (LKPD) still does not complete the elements of 4C.
