Abstract

Solo Mina is a store that focuses on selling fresh consumption fish, such as goldfish, snapper, gourami, catfish, and carp. With the increasing number of new businesses such as fishing ponds and restaurants, Solo Mina's store has also experienced an increase in fish sales. This has led to the need for a proper sales recording system, as the current system still relies on manual bookkeeping. This manual system is vulnerable to issues such as lost record books, inefficiency in accessing immediate data, and lack of efficiency in calculating earnings over a specific period. The purpose of this research is to develop Solo Mina's store business by building a web-based application for fish sales recording to make it more efficient in tracking fish sales transactions. The research employed the waterfall method, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using JavaScript with the React.js framework for the frontend and MySql for database management. The result of this research is a web-based application for recording fish sales at Solo Mina's store to make it easier for the owner to record daily fish sales. The system testing results using Black Box show that all functions and features can run smoothly, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 77 indicates a "Good" category, making the system suitable for use.
