Abstract

PT Sari Warna Asli Unit 1 is a company operating in the textile manufacturing sector located in Karanganyar Regency. On line 2 there is a machine called Rotary 1 machine, this machine functions to print motifs on fabric. In 2023, the Rotary 1 machine often stops in the middle of the production process and there is some damage to its components, so this causes a decrease in the productivity of the Rotary 1 machine. This research uses the methodOverall Equipment Effectiveness and AnalysisSix Big Losses. The aim of this research is to calculate the valueOverall Equipment Effectiveness Rotary machine 1, performs analysisSix Big Losses to get the main factors that can be detrimental to the machine, and provide suggestions for improvements to the decline in productivity of the Rotary 1 machine with implementationTotal Productive Maintenance. The results of calculations using the OEE method show that the OEE value for Rotary 1 engine is 26%. Next, calculationssix big losses show thatidle and minor stoppages as the main factor causing a decrease in Rotary 1 machine productivity with a percentage of 70.28%. The proposed improvement that can be given to the company is to implementTotal Productive Maintenance by implementing several pillars of Total Productive Maintenance, namelyautonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, continuous improvement, education and training, dan health, safety, and environment.
