Abstract

PT. Hagia Indofurni Creative is a manufacturing company operating in the furniture industry located in Teluk Awur Village, Jepara District, Jepara Regency, Central Java, founded in 2020. This research aims to analyze internal and external factors at PT. Hagia Indofurni Creative, provides alternative marketing strategy suggestions that can be applied to increase sales, knowing the location or position of the company and providing long-term solutions using the SWOT and QSPM matrix method approaches. The methods used are the SWOT method (Stranght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) using data collection techniques through interviews and direct observation of employees and owners. Problems found when conducting observations at PT. Hagia Indofurni Creative, namely (1) What strategies have been implemented and the internal and external conditions of PT. Is Hagia Indofurni Creative? (2) What is the appropriate strategy proposal to improve marketing using the SWOT and QSPM matrices at PT. Is Hagia Indofurni Creative? (3) What is the position of the company's business competition in the SWOT matrix? Based on these problems, PT. Hagia Indofurni Creative needs to evaluate the sustainability of its business and make proposals for appropriate marketing strategies to be implemented at PT. Hagia Indofurni Creative.
