Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of changing behavior of the younger generation in the current era, namely the morals of the younger generation. Moral education is a priority that must be prioritized in the current era in shaping the morals of the younger generation. As has been done by the youth of the Muhammadiyah Blendung-Bojongsana Branch to fight for and create a young generation with noble morals.This research aims to describe the role of Muhammadiyah youth from the Blendung-Bojongsana branch in shaping the morals of the younger generation, describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of Muhammadiyah youth from the Blendung-Bojongsana branch in shaping the morals of the younger generation. The type of research used is field research and uses a phenomenological approach. Collecting research data by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that moral formation is carried out in 2 ways, namely through education and through social interaction. Then the supporting factor is that in carrying out their activities the Muhammadiyah youth of the Blendung-Bojongsana branch always carry out various activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that members already have their own busy schedules and lack of awareness in learning
