Abstract
In Indonesia the circulation of narcotics is very large. The circulation of narcotics in Indonesia has reached an alarming stage. Almost all levels of society are familiar with narcotics, including children. Many children who previously did not know narcotics, over time they become dependent on these illegal drugs. What is even more worrying is that these children are the gateway for spread to children their age. Narcotics dealers cunningly use minors to become couriers in their transactions. Lack of knowledge about what narcotics are and the economic conditions of children are the biggest reasons why children fall into the circle of narcotics trafficking. The government also wants to help children not fall into becoming narcotics dealers in the future. If a child has already been involved, the government must always be there to help and provide special treatment if the child has to face the law due to distributing narcotics. The government's handling of child perpetrators of narcotics distribution must be different, this handling must be different from the handling of trafficking cases carried out by adults, because children still have a future that must be protected.
