Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic is the spread of a new type of corona virus virus named SARS-Cov-2, the Covid-19 outbreak was first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei, China. And it was designated as a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020 to November 14, 2020. Understanding the impact itself is a collision, an influence that brings positive or negative influences. Research entitled Analysis of the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Tourist Attractions in the Surakarta City Area in 2020-2023. This research aims to 1.) Analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourist attractions at the Surakarta Palace, Radya Pustaka Museum, and Solo Safari; 2.) Analyze the level of tourist interest in tourist attractions at the Surakarta Palace, Radya Pustaka Museum, and Solo Safari. In this research, a descriptive qualitative method is used which explains the data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and from literature study. And the data collection technique is 1.) Observation, namely the method of collecting data by observing, examining ongoing events. 2.) Interviews, namely the process of interaction and communication between researchers and the management of the tourist attraction. 3.) Questionnaires / questionnaires are a method of collecting data by filling out a questionnaire which is filled in by randomly selected respondents and filling it in online via a link provided by the previous researcher.
