Abstract

Adolescent Care Health Services (PKPR) is a primary health service program specifically for adolescents. Utilization of PKPR was found to be still low and few teenagers utilized PKPR services. Pajang Community Health Center is one of the community health centers that has implemented the PKPR program from SMA Batik I Surakarta as a PKPR assisted school. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between health worker support and PKPR utilization. Quantitative research method with a Cross Sectional approach. The research population of class X SMA Batik I Surakarta was 508 students with a sample size of 244 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Cluster Sampling method and uses a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square statistical test. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between support from health workers and the use of PKPR at SMA Batik I Surakarta, with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). The results of managing health support data by utilizing PKPR were 68.2% of respondents using PKPR tended to get high levels of support from health workers. It is hoped that health workers will provide comprehensive and holistic health services in providing support in the use of PKPR. Future research will examine further the use of PKPR from the perspective of adolescents and health workers.
