Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or UMKM are business units owned by people that were started from a small age until the business can develop on its own. UMKM can be said to be the potential that a person has to help improve the quality of the economy in the area around the UMKM business location and it is hoped that the government will also pay attention to the condition of the UMKM location. The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of age on increasing UMKM income at BMT Tumang Boyolali. Analyzing the impact of income processing on improving the quality of UMKM at BMT Tumang Boyolali. Analyzing the impact of the number of workers in improving the quality of UMKM at BMT Tumang Boyolali. The research results show that age does not have a good and significant influence on improving the quality of BMT Tumang Boyolali. Financing has a good and significant impact in improving the quality of BMT Tumang Boyolali. The number of workers has a significant and significant impact on improving quality at BMT Tumang
