Abstract
Hattory Young Creat Ngawi is a home industry engaged in the sale of creative products and produces a variety of innovative products. The sales system implemented by Hattory Young Creat Ngawi is to open a small shop and communication via telephone and several social media. Sales recording is done manually and reported to the admin for recapitulation using Microsoft Excel. The current sales system used by the company is considered less than optimal in reaching a wider market. This research aims to improve the weaknesses in the sales system previously used and optimize the sales of Hattory Young Creat Ngawi products through e-commerce development. The methodology used is the waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, system design, writing program code using the Laravel framework, testing using black box and System Usability Scale (SUS), and program implementation. The results of e-commerce development at Hattory Young Creat Ngawi are making it easier for customers to find out and make purchases of Hattory Young Creat Ngawi products as well as making it easier for employees to check total revenue and print sales reports. Testing using SUS gets a score of 80.3 indicating this system runs well and can be accepted by users.
