Abstract
Kp. Getaan is a village located in Kp. Getaan, Pati Wetan Village, Pati District, Pati Regency. During the Covid-19 condition, in requesting a certificate or applying to the Head of the RT, residents must go to the RT place to request a certificate by face-to-face, but in such conditions, it is limited when making physical contact with others. Therefore, there is a need for an information system that includes online certificates with automatic signatures and stamps as well as population data collection in Kp. Geta'an is like a website to avoid physical contact with other residents. This website was created using PHP, JavaScript, Laravel and MySQL. The results obtained in this study is an online information system that can make it easier for residents to submit letters anywhere and anytime, especially when they have sudden needs.
