Abstract
Measuring supply chain performance is one of the company's strategic efforts to improve the company's competitive capabilities. Kopi Tjolo is a make to stock manufacturer producing coffee in various packages that is experiencing a shortage of raw material supplies due to price fluctuations and scarcity of raw materials, resulting in a decrease in production quantities. Efforts to measure supply chain performance are to assess supply chain management capabilities and make recommendations for improvements in resolving problems that occur in the coffee industry. One method of improving performance uses the SCOR 12 Racetrack method, which contains 14 validated Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to determine the weight of each performance indicator using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and normalize scores using Snorm De Boer. The results of measuring supply chain performance are in the good category, with a final score of 77.549. However, improvements are needed in three indicators, including source cycle time, source cycle time, downside adaptability source and days sales outstanding, because they are in the average category with a score of 50–70.
