Abstract
Tamansari District is a new sub-district in Boyolali Regency which is prone to landslides. In 2021-2022, Tamansari District was recorded to have experienced landslides 6 times. These six incidents had material and non-material impacts. This research aims to analyze the distribution of landslide vulnerability levels and analyze the dominant factors that cause landslides in Tamansari District. The research method used was a survey method with the population in this study being village units which included levels of vulnerability throughout Tamansari District. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. Research processing was carried out using ArcGis software for overlay analysis and scoring on thematic maps. The research results show that there are 3 levels of landslide vulnerability in Tamansari District, namely high, medium and low vulnerability levels. The type of level of vulnerability that dominates in Tamansari District is the medium level of vulnerability with an area of 1,783.30 ha, followed by the high level of vulnerability with an area of 1,095.07 ha, and the low level of vulnerability with an area of 572.82 ha.
