Abstract

Mitra Medika is a SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) that operates in the field of medical equipment and laboratory equipment. Consumers are not just from UMS students, but many also come from outside the region and outside the city, therefore the existence of e-commerce is very necessary in carrying out buying and selling activities to make it easier for buyers to make transactions. With e-commerce, it can make it easier for shops to sell their products, not only saving time but also saving energy. In this research, the method used by the author is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method using a waterfall process approach where the author will carry out needs analysis, design, implement, test the system and then once it is deemed sufficient, maintenance will be carried out on the system that has been created. The author uses MYSQL and PHP databases as the programming language. Sellers can carry out buying and selling transactions using this system, in this system there are also contacts and shop addresses, so it is hoped that it will make it easier for buyers to contact the seller or if there are buyers who want to come directly to the shop. It was recorded from the SUS (System Usability Score) test that 3 respondents, namely employees and shop owners, got an average score of 70.83, or could be categorized as "Good", so the author hopes that this system can help the work of shop owners and employees.
