Abstract
Pacitan Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia which is located on the southern coast of Java Island, making this district have tourism potential, namely beach tourist attractions. However, most of the beaches in Pacitan Regency are still empty of visitors because not many tourists know about the existence of these beaches and only visit the beaches that are already popular. Limited media regarding information on beaches in Pacitan is an important factor in introducing the potential of existing beach tourism objects. Therefore, it is necessary to provide up-to-date tourism information to attract tourist interest, such as WebGIS-based information using StoryMaps which can create beach tourist attraction information with a more attractive appearance. This research aims to 1) Create an interactive tourist map regarding information on beach tourism objects in Pacitan Regency that is more informative and interesting through WebGIS StotyMaps. 2) Analyze the distribution pattern of beach tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency. 3) Know the existing access routes based on road conditions to beach tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency. This research uses a qualitative method, where field observations are carried out and then the data obtained from these field observations will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Spatial analysis in this research uses the ANN (Average Nearest Neighbor) technique to obtain beach distribution patterns, and data processing techniques use the ArcGIS Online StoryMaps application to create information on beach tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency. The results of this research are analysis of the distribution pattern of beach tourism objects in Pacitan Regency using ANN to produce a Clustered or grouped pattern. Making StoryMaps produces information on 33 beaches in Pacitan Regency which is presented in the form of an interactive digital map which can be accessed easily via a link using a PC or smartphone.
