Abstract
The goal of this research is to comprehend the Surakata municipal government's strategy for managing state property and to examine how Suarakrta applies the idea of good governance to this process. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive strategy to get comprehensive information from information sources. This study makes use of both primary and secondary data. This technique of gathering data makes use of documentation, observation, interviews, and library research. Data gathering, reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing are all examples of data analysis in action. The findings of this investigation suggest that the presence of a BMN and BMD management system built by the state departs from awareness of the urgency of inventory management within the state and even the substantial state spending to provide BMD and BMD. And then officials in the BMD management organization in Surakarta City, especially the Regional Secretary and BPKAD Surakarta have tried to manage BMD in accordance with applicable regulations
