Abstract
Organizational structure is a form of interaction in an organization where people gather, work together systematically to achieve goals in the organization that cannot be done individually. Organizational structure data management is used to process data that can be processed into information related to position data in an organization, organizational structure data, and official personnel in an organization. The purpose of this research is to create an organizational structure using a tree structure to facilitate work so that checking is easier and simpler. This application uses PHP, MySql, Visual Code Studio, Javascript, Ajax, and CodeIgniter 3. The method applied is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) approach with a waterfall model. The result of this research is an organizational structure data management system that can be used to manage position data and organizational structures in the form of a web-based tree structure. System testing is done using black box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) which states that all features operate properly and the SUS value measurement results are worth 77.5 which indicates that this system is feasible to use.
