Abstract
PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading (IMST), as an entity affiliated with PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero), focuses on trading activities with the aim of facilitating the procurement process for the railway industry's needs. One administrative aspect in this company is the cash advance administration, which is the subject of this research. The cash advance administration involves a process where PT IMST employees can withdraw funds to support the company's operational activities, and its verification involves examining the documents submitted for cash advance requests for completeness and authenticity. Currently, the existing system still employs a manual approach where cash advance requests are submitted through paper forms. These forms are then scrutinized and verified by the authorized personnel after being submitted by the requester. Therefore, the implementation of a system is necessary to streamline the verification process by the authorized personnel and to facilitate employees in submitting cash advance requests. Previously done manually, the cash advance submission process will be transformed into a computerized system for data management. In the development of this system, the Prototype method is utilized as the development approach. The Laravel framework will be employed in building this system using the PHP programming language, and the system will rely on MySQL as the database for data storage.
