Abstract

Facing the tight competition in the job market, the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy and the internship program at PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk are crucial to enhance the readiness of students. Focusing on the development of soft skills and practical experience enables adaptation to the changes in the dynamic work environment. The internship program, especially as a Facilitator Companion, provides industry insight and entrepreneurship opportunities for students while supporting customers in expanding market access. The integration of MBKM with internships creates graduates who are ready to face the demands of the work world, provide positive contributions to economic growth, and open up new job opportunities. The implementation of entrepreneurship mentoring is done by descriptive qualitative method, involving direct field activities, introduction, teaching materials, and practice. The results show positive growth of MSMEs, with MSIB being an effective program to improve the capacity and skills of customers. The program concludes that the Facilitator Companion internship has a positive impact on the development of micro-businesses, provides valuable experience for students, and sharpens soft skills and hard skills for future work.
