Abstract
Egg incubation over 21 days facilitated by this incubator machine offers numerous advantages, making it a more convenient choice compared to traditional incubation methods. The primary objective of this research is to innovate and implement the use of DHT 11 sensors to create an Android-based automatic egg incubator. The goal is to simplify the monitoring of egg conditions within the incubation chamber for farmers, allowing them to do so from a distance of up to 10 meters. The machine's advantages include lower assembly costs and the integration of cutting-edge sensors, particularly the DHT 11 for measuring temperature and humidity, along with a swing motor to automate egg movement. The research methodology involves the use of a 220V/AC incandescent bulb, testing 19 eggs in an egg incubation box made of plywood. Temperature regulation falls within the range of 38-40 °C, while humidity is maintained between 53-63%. Subsequently, the obtained results will be analyzed, revealing a correlation value between temperature and humidity of -0.9903, indicating an inverse relationship. The standard error values, less than 0.1 for temperature and less than 1 for humidity, suggest that temperature control in this automatic egg incubator is sufficiently accurate.
