Abstract

Background : osyandu is a community health initiative run by the United Nations. It aims to promote health development and reduce maternal and newborn mortality rates. The quality and efficiency of Posyandu are intricately linked to the performance of the cadres. Objective: This study aims to determine the correlation between the performance of posyandu cadres and the satisfaction level of immigrants using showy posyandi in Dusun Gilan Village within the working region of Puskesmas Gesi.. Method: This particular form of study employs quantitative techniques, including correlation analysis and cross-sectional methodologies. The research used a non-probability sampling methodology known as total sample method, consisting of 32 moms with children aged 0-5 years. The study data was collected using a questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the posyandu framework and the satisfaction level of new mothers. The data was analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. Results: The univariate analysis yielded information regarding the respondents' characteristics, the cadres' performance in providing services to new posyandu users' mothers, with 16 respondents (50%) showing good performance. Additionally, the majority of respondents expressed high satisfaction with the service, with 20 respondents (62.5%) reporting feeling very satisfied.
