Abstract

Equal distribution of development progress as an effort to realize the objectives of the opening of the 1945 Constitution in the context of national development. Service centers are areas that have a number of facilities and are used to support community needs. The distribution of public service centers in Indonesia still has many problems that need to be addressed, one of which is in the Central Java Province region. In the Surakarta residency area, namely Boyolali Regency, it is a district where the development of public service facilities has not been evenly distributed. The aim of this research is to analyze the regional hierarchical levels in Boyolali Regency in 2012-2022, analyze connectivity between regions in Boyolali Regency in 2012 - 2022, and analyze the structure of service centers in Boyolali Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The process of searching, collecting and analyzing data was carried out using literature studies from various trusted sources, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Boyolali Regency and the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) in Boyolali Regency. Data processing techniques use scalogram analysis and gravity analysis methods. Meanwhile, data analysis uses comparative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. Boyolali Regency is a district located in the province of Central Java, Indonesia. The capital is Boyolali District. Boyolali Regency consists of 19 sub-districts and 267 villages/kelurahan, one of 35 districts/cities in Central Java. The results of the hierarchy calculation in Boyolali Regency in 2012-2022 have the same hierarchical level, namely Boyolali District is included in hierarchical level 1. This can be seen in figures the regional hierarchy map in Boyolali Regency in 2012-2022. The calculation results show that the hierarchical level in 2012-2022 in Boyolali Regency is dominated by hierarchy 3 and hierarchy 4, especially in the northern and western parts of Boyolali Regency. There are still many sub-districts where regional development is not evenly distributed. In tables calculation for regional connectivity in Boyolali Regency in the last 10 years, there is a strong level of interaction, namely in Mojosongo District which is quite close to Boyolali District as the Regency Capital with an average distance of 2 Km. The variables used by the author and the Boyolali Regency RTRW draft have the same characteristics, namely population per sub-district and relationship with public service facilities such as education, worship, health, economic and government facilities.
