Abstract

Sidomulyo Catering is a business that operates in the service sector. In Indonesia, the growth of internet-based food enterprises appears to be accelerating. Society is changing as a result of the introduction of more sophisticated technology and helpful amenities, and more individuals are beginning to use these services. Currently Sidomulyo Catering orders are still made manually so customers have to come to the location to place orders. The aim of this research is to create a Sidomulyo Catering system that allows client ordering procedures to be smooth and productive, thereby increasing marketing reach. The purpose of this research is to make catering orders that can be done online. This research uses the waterfall technique to build a catering ordering system using a MySql database and PHP components assisted by the CodeIgniter Framework. This research uses the waterfall method with the aim of ordering the method easily and efficiently. It is hoped that the development of the Sidomulyo catering website will be studied from the beginning again. The black box testing results show a success percentage of 100%. The System Usability Scale (SUS) was carried out to obtain responses from users who experimented with applications that had been developed with a total of 32 respondents. The final SUS score obtained was 75.7, which means the system is at the "acceptable" level or it can be said that this application is easy to use by users. user.
