Abstract

Nowadays, people are no stranger to communication technology. Especially with the development of the times, communication technology continues to develop to be easier to access. all information can be obtained quickly from any country, even the buying and selling process is now also easier through the internet. Digital marketing is present in the development of a modern buying and selling process, namely marketing activities that use techniques or utilise digital media with the aim of obtaining data, markets and customers. In the past, marketing strategies mostly used conventional media for promotion, such as magazines, banners, billboards, and so on. Nowadays, where technology and the internet are so advanced, marketing activities certainly need to utilise technology and the internet which is much more beneficial. This is because almost everyone in the world, especially in Indonesia, spends more time with gadgets, the latest technology, which are all connected to the internet. To be able to implement digital marketing, all promotions will be directed to the use of social media, websites, e- commerce platforms, applications, and so on. In the business world, the more people who know about our business, the faster the business will get transactions. Digital marketing plays an important role in reaching a wider market through more practical methods than traditional marketing methods. So that it will be able to optimise business strategies and increase sustainable product sales.
