Abstract
Happy Gym is a business in the service sector that provides a facility and sports equipment. A lot of people are able to keep up with the rapid advancement of information and technology. Happy Gym uses technology to improve the quality of complaint services, which previously used manual methods, by writing on paper and then putting it in the complaint box. This method is less effective and efficient. Based on the information above, the researcher designed a web-based Happy Gym customer complaint service information system. The system aims to simplify the complaint process for customers and enable Happy Gym to handle complaints effectively, to improve the quality of service. The information system was developed using the waterfall method. The tests used are the Black box testing method and the system usability scale (SUS). The black box testing results show that the system works well. The system usability scale testing produced a final score of 80.25, placing the Happy Gym customer complaint service information system in the acceptable category. The conclusions are that the Happy Gym web-based customer complaint service information system is suitable for use and is acceptable to customers.
