Abstract

Scaper Cinema Photo is a service provider that operates in the field of wedding photography. In its operations, Scaper Cinema Photo offers seventeen types of wedding photo packages, with various facilities and costs offered. As customers, prospective brides and grooms sometimes experience confusion about determining the type of photo package that suits their needs but at an adequate cost. To help customers, in this research a recommendation system for selecting wedding photo packages was developed to help customers determine choices that suit their needs and increase transparency and openness in the package selection process. This system was developed following the waterfall model, while the algorithm applied to create the recommendation system is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The expected results of this research are the usefulness of the photo package recommendation system for customers at Scaper Cinema Photo and a deeper understanding of the system's performance and level of usability.
