Abstract

Siberkreasi is an organization under the Ministry of Communication and Informatics that aims to campaign for digital literacy in Indonesia. This study discusses the communication strategy carried out by the Siberkreasi to campaign the issue of digital literacy cyberbullying on their social media. The aims of this research is to find out how the communication strategy carried out by Siberkreasi in the campaign of digital literacy cyberbullying issues, and to find out the application of the Circular Model of SoMe theory in the communication process. This study uses descriptive qualitative method and applies purposive sampling technique. This study uses the Circular Model of SoMe theory popularized by Regina Lutrell which consists of Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage. The study uses online and offline interview methods with Siberkreasi team sources to obtain information and retrieve data. Based on the results and discussion of the study, Siberkreasi's social media is very useful in running a campaign on digital literacy cyberbullying issues and getting positive feedback from its audience. However, there are still obstacles that Siberkreasi must face in this campaign.
