Abstract

Students fighting power because of Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala began to decline. This can be seen from the daily attitudes of female students in schools and dormitories, female students often complain about doing activities in dormitories and schools, even placing more importance on pursuing grades or focusing more on general subjects rather than PAI or syar’i, finding it difficult to study PAI or syar’i. students daily activities in the process of building resilience require assistance from teachers or musyrifah. This research is qualitative research that uses a sociological approach data using interviews, observation and documentation. The method the teacher or musyrifah uses is mentoring, namely being a good role model and establishing a bond with female students. Guiding and motivating tobe istiqomah to do good deeds, namely on the basis of the pillars of faith, the pillars of Islam and ihsan. In forming female students resilience, Muhammadiyah Boarding School Islamic religion education teacher or musyrifah has carried out his role as a guide, educator, trainer and supervisor optimally. This cannot be separated from the methods used by the teacher or muyrifah in forming an attitude of resilience.
