Abstract
The independent entrepreneurship program is a program that aims to increase students' courage in taking risks and creativity in entrepreneurship. The program stages include learning basic knowledge and skills, independent internships, and practical learning. The method used is direct and practical learning. The aim of this method has significant benefits, because with this method students receive clear material and can carry out exercises and apply the knowledge gained. This can help students gain comprehensive skills and knowledge. Using this method can be an effective approach in ensuring students' understanding and mastery of entrepreneurship. This program provides opportunities for students to hone their entrepreneurial skills, improve their employability, and prepare themselves to face challenges in the business world. Apart from that, this program also provides opportunities for students to hone their entrepreneurial spirit and soft skills, such as communication, negotiation and self-processing skills. In this way, the independent entrepreneurship program can make a positive contribution to the courage to face the world of work. This can be used as a recommendation for universities to further develop entrepreneurship programs to increase students' creativity and courage in taking risks.
