Abstract

This research aims to innovate to shape target consumers to avoid intense competition against competitors and increase sales. The benefits of this research increase sales by relying on analysis of the methods that have been applied. The research stage will begin by conducting a questionnaire to determine the analysis of satisfaction scores based on a comparison of internal factors from consumers of Sejalan Coffee and competitor shops. Then strategy planning using the Blue Ocean Strategy using the strategy canvas and four-step framework. So, what factors must be removed, reduced, increased and created. The results of this research are a proposed design from the Blue Ocean Strategy, namely adding variables with the addition of the signature menu concept Sejalan Gin Coffee, Sejalan Ready To Go packaged coffee, and a criticism and suggestion box.
