Abstract
Hospitals that collaborate with BPJS will receive payments using the INA-CBG system. The problem that is often encountered in implementing INA-CBG is that there is a cost difference between the INA-CBG tariff and the real cost which is considered insufficient. The aim of this study is to describe the correspondence between real costs and INA-CBG package rates for diabetes mellitus patients based on three levels of severity at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu. The type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analytical research design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 90 with a sampling technique using simple random sampling based on the number of samples needed per patient's severity level of diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Data analysis used one Smirnov colmogrof. The research results show that the average real costs for severity levels I, II and III are Rp. 3,653,567, Rp. 6,658,370 and Rp. 7,348,417. The results showed that the real tariff was higher than the INA-CBG tariff (loss) for 46 samples and the real tariff was lower than the INA-CBG tariff (profit) for 44 samples. The suggestion in this research is that it is necessary to revise the hospital rates that are currently in effect by means of regular evaluation based on data so that the real hospital rates with the INA-CBG rates are balanced so that it can help increase hospital income and it is necessary to examine in more detail the details of the rates. real hospitals whose losses can be reduced without reducing the quality of service, especially drug costs.
