Abstract

The development of tourism villages in Selo, Boyolali, offers great potential in attracting tourists seeking authentic cultural and natural experiences. This analysis aims to plan the development of a tourist village in Selo. By using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) performance analysis approach. Data collection is done through observation (direct) and internet searching. Based on the results of the analysis, Selo Boyolali Village offers stunning natural beauty, authentic cultural experiences, and exciting outdoor activities. With a wide customer segment of local and international tourists, it is important to build good relationships through interactive services and loyalty programs. Through distribution channels such as social media and cooperation with local actors, Selo Village can be more widely recognized. Revenue sources come from various aspects, including ticket sales, cultural workshops, and local products. However, it is necessary to consider the cost structure for maintenance and promotion so that this destination continues to grow. By combining the uniqueness of nature, culture and quality services, Selo Village has the potential to become an excellent tourist destination.
