Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a policy launched by the Minister of Education and Culture through the regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, Number 3 of 2020. The programs are independent internships, student exchanges, independent entrepreneurship, and teaching campuses. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta is one of the universities that hosts the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Program This program is a special program for students who have an interest in the world of entrepreneurship. In this research, the author used the observation method. Observations were made during the independent entrepreneurial activities, starting from workshops, MSME internships, startap acceleration, proposal pitching to EXPO. The implementation of the independent entrepreneurship program is carried out in the mile crepees business. The business is called Sanji Cake with a product in the form of mile crepees. The product is made from flour and milk dough that uses cream as an adhesive. The advantages of the product are in the variety of flavors such as chocolate, matcha, strawberry, red velvet, vanilla, cheese, and oreo. Marketing is carried out in various ways such as marketing through social media, providing attractive promos, direct selling, and delivery.
