Abstract
Independent Entrepreneurship is part of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) which was formed by the ministry of education and culture. This research uses qualitative methods by means of observation and document analysis. Measuring business performance is recognized as increasingly complex, therefore more in-depth qualitative methods are needed in understanding a context. This activity aims to train students to entrepreneurship properly and correctly and to encourage interest, talent and income in accordance with the abilities and competencies of the students themselves. Students are expected to be able to help improve the quality of the community's economy, providing solutions that can open up new jobs so that unemployment will be absorbed. Entrepreneurship can be learned and mastered, and entrepreneurship can be a work choice or career choice for university graduates, if the student has the intention and motivation to become an entrepreneur. Student entrepreneurship is determined by the high level of support for the student, both from family support and support from people who are considered influential. Apart from that, the desire to become an entrepreneur is also determined by the high level of self-will that the student has, namely the high level of self-confidence and mental maturity that the student has.
