Abstract

Technology currently continues to develop and the benefits of using the internet are increasingly felt by users. One of them is the use of technology with the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in utilizing information technology to run their business. Digital marketing can help marketers build relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty. Besides that, apart from Digital Marketing, another factor that can influence customer loyalty is customer satisfaction. Because to retain old customers, marketers can increase satisfaction. If customers are satisfied, they will show repurchase behavior and encourage loyalty. In improving and optimizing digital-based MSMEs, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, compiled and designed an Independent Entrepreneur training program from the main Independent Campus Learning Student (MBKM) program. The aim of this activity is to encourage interest, talent and help students in the world of business and how to increase and optimize digital-based sales. The Independent Entrepreneurship Program runs for four months with various series of activities. Starting from entrepreneurial workshop activities, with entrepreneur mentors who are involved in their respective great businesses, then internship programs, start-up acceleration, proposals and pitching, and finally expo activities.
