Abstract

This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of return on assets (ROA), debt to asset ratio (DAR), board of directors, board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and audit committee on firm value (Tobin's Q) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021 period. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample in this study were 82 companies using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data from financial reports. This research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that the variable return on assets and debt to asset ratio partially had a positive and significant effect on firm value (Tobin's Q). The variables of the board of directors, board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and audit committee partially have no effect on firm value (Tobin's Q).
