Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance at CV.Gatutkaca, Sukoharjo District. This sample was taken from CV. Gatutkaca, Sukoharjo District, totaling 65 respondents using purpose sampling technique. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the social environment, organizations and documentation from CV.Gatutkaca. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Job Training has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at CV. Gatutkaca, Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV.Gatutkaca employees and the Effect of Job Training and Teamwork on CV. Employee Performance Gatutkaca.
