Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, promotions on purchasing interest. The scope of this research method is the purchasing interest of the people of Solo Raya in "Mbah Blangkon" Javanese noodles. Data is taken randomly and questionnaires are distributed to customers. This research was also carried out with the aim of knowing the influence of service quality, product quality, price, promotion on purchasing interest using descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is people who purchase "Mbah Blangkon" Javanese noodle products. The number of sample members was taken from 30 times the number of variables studied, namely the number of variables was 5 (independent and dependent) multiplied by 30 (5x30) which ultimately resulted in 150 respondents. Research results: Service quality, product, price, promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, so that the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses are supported.
