Abstract

Indonesia is included in the category of countries that have strong economic potential. So it is not surprising, if in Indonesia there are many kinds of companies. There are several factors that influence consumers in determining which products they buy. Customer trust is influential in the collection of important product items. The high and low prices offered to consumers are considerations that will influence purchasing decisions. From these two things will bring customer satisfaction. Appropriate prices and customer trust will make consumers feel satisfied with the purchase decisions made. This study aims to find out how consumer interest in domestic products erigo in facing competition in the digital era. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires through google forms. Analysis of this research data using the help of SMARTPLS software 3.0 This study uses Structural Equation Model 39 (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that indicators of trust, price, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
