Abstract
The aim of research to examine the effects wearer engineering capabilities, the effectiveness of the SIA, the support of top management, physical work environment and participatory budgeting on individual performance on the CV. Tentrem Rahayu. The research method used survey method by distributing questionnaires to Perusahaan Batik Brotoseno. The population of 50 respondents to the total sample was taken as the number of employees is less than 50, then the whole employees sampled, so this study is research of population / census. Data analysis tool used: 1. Test Instruments (Test validity and reliability), 2) Classical Assumptions (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Test and Test heterocedastity Autokolerasi) and 3) Hypothesis (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Test Analysis of F, t test and coefficient of Determination). The results of data analysis can be concluded: 1) There is the influence of the technical capability users against individual performance. 2) There Effectiveness SIA influence on individual performance. 3) Influences of Top Management Support to individual performance. 4) There is a Physical Work Environment influence on individual performance on the Perusahaan Batik Brotoseno. 5) There is the influence of Participatory Budgeting on individual performance. 6) There is the influence of the technical ability of users, Effectiveness SIA, Top Management Support, Physical Work Environment and Participatory Budgeting on individual performance.
