Abstract
This study aims to analyze corporate social responsibility, the board of independent commissioners, the board of directors, and the audit committee on the company’s financial performance as measured by ROA and Tobin’s Q. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange (BEI) in 2018-2021. In the sampling technique, purposive sampling technique was used according to the researcher’s criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 program. In this study , 149 samples were used from the banking companies listed on the IDX during the period 2018-2021. A total of 15 samples were outliers, allowing 149 samples to be processed. The result showed that corporate social responsibility has no effect on the company’s financial performance proxied by ROA, but has an effect on Tobin’s Q. The independent board of commissioners and audit committee affect the company’s financial performance proxied by ROA, but have no effect on Tobin’s Q. The board of directors affects the company’s financial performance proxied by ROA and Tobin’s Q.
