Abstract
With so many schools implementing the boarding school system, there will be a need for more residences that can facilitate students from various regions to attend school. So people choose a place to live for their girls in a dormitory that is safer and remains under control, so that frequent incidents of violence and theft do not occur. Controlled dormitories usually pay more attention to comfort and safety. Girls' Dormitory is a residence for female students (only girls) at school for a temporary period of time consisting of a number of rooms led by a dormitory head. The dormitory that will be built is intended for female students studying at MTA High School, where female students can live in a dormitory while studying at MTA High School which is far from home. The design of the MTA High School girls' dormitory uses an environmentally friendly approach and of course will be combined with the approach of the MTA High School which is under the MTA (Assembly for Tafsir Al-Qur'an) foundation. Apart from that, the dormitory must also be able to meet the needs of its residents, starting from the area. , needs in the dormitory and facilities to support activities in the dormitory. The design of the dormitory is based on an environmentally friendly approach by emphasizing the characteristics of the building whose user is a Muslim woman.
