Abstract

Researchers conducted research on one of the tourism industry businesses in the field of restaurants and lodging, namely D'Lawu Bistro & Mountain Cottage Tawangmangu. The research objective is how the marketing communication strategy at D'lawu Bistro & Mountain Cottage is to increase visitors in the midst of competition. The theory used is persuasive theory with qualitative data analysis. The results show that the marketing communication strategy carried out by D'Lawu Bistro & Mountain Cottage uses 7 integrated marketing communication strategies (IMC), namely direct marketing, digital marketing, sales promotion, public relations, marketing personal, word-of-mouth marketing and experiential marketing.
